General Instructions:

Awardees who have opted for transportation should report at the designated pickup point on or before 1:00 PM on 14th April 2026.

Reporting time at the university: no later than 2:30 PM.

Dress Code: White Colour kurta and pajama for boys and White Colour Saree-Blouse/ Salwar-Kameez (Kurta) for girls

Students Reporting: Register your presence at Gate 01, and proceed to the University Auditorium for the official photo session.

Parents/Accompanying Guests: Proceed directly to the designated Convocation venue.
